You MLSLI account also entitles you to ListHub, a fee syndication service so you can submit your listings to dozens of online real estate search engine and marketing websites. You are also entitled to a free service from ListingBook, a CRM application connecting clients and agents.

IMI RealtySites comes with a complete user membership and profile system and robust security framework. This add on provides you with powerful document management features such as folder and document level security, version control, document logs, document meta data, full search functionality, document moderation and approval, document locking and email notifications. A management console is provided allowing you to have full control over your folder structure. You are able to control which security roles have access to view, manage and moderate folders and documents. This is a full featured, enterprise level document management solution that will enhance the communication, collaboration and sharing of documents.

Bulk Email

IMI Software provides a more advanced and robust bulk email management tool as an add-on component providing you the functionality to manage your own bulk email campaigns. Features include advanced campaign management, automatic unsubscribed lists, importing of external email listings, ability to track email statistics, and much more. You will be able to gain insight into the effectiveness and reach of your email newsletter campaigns.

Community Forums

IMI Software can include a very powerful forum platform integrated into your website providing the necessary functionality to build a user community that interacts with you and with each other. Support is available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. Users also have access to our online support desk as well as the community support forum. These resources provide interactive support options whereby the user can track the status of support requests and communicate directly with both IMI Support Staff and the user community.

All IMI clients will have access to our training resources. We will be expanding our training resources to include online training videos, webinars and acces to an online knowledge base. In addition, there is a dedicated forum for user support. This enables our user community to learn from each other as well as the IMI Support staff. Please note that we are currently working to complie our training library and we will release training segments as they become available.

This feature is included with our Property Listings Database. It's as simple as selecting the video source (Facebook, Google Video, YouTube) from a drop down list, then providing the Video ID. The rest takes care of itself.
