TEMPLATE
The first option is to go with a template design. We have optimized these designs for our real estate websites. We will modify the design to use your logo, banner, custom color theme, and background images if applicable. These template design modifications are included in the set up fee of your website so there are no additional charges. More in-depth changes may require additional fees.

SEMI-CUSTOM
Our Semi-Custom option provides you the opportunity to choose from any of our website designs, real estate or not. We will modify the design to suit the unique look and feel of your business. We will of course include your logo and banner and modifications can be made to background images and color themes. In addition we can customize the Listings Database Management component - the layout and design can be modified, the property and search fields can be customized, and even the information provided in the RSS Feed can be modified. In addition, you can provide us with a sample design or perhaps an existing site that you like and if feasible we can use the 'look and feel' of it as a guide to creating a design for you.
FULL CUSTOM
We also provide custom design services allowing you to define the exact look and feel specific to you or your business. Custom web design can get pricey, however you do wind up with a design created just for you. None of our custom designs will be used in our template gallery.
