Long Island Rebels Youth Hockey Website Launch

About The LI Rebels Website

The Long Island Rebels are a youth ice hockey organization that fields travel teams from 5 to 18 years old for both boys and girls. The Rebels are members of Long Island Amateur Hockey, USA Hockey, and New York State Amateur Hockey Association. Their new website, developed using DotNetNuke®, provides the LI Rebels web administrators a powerful and easy to use content management system needed to manage their frequently updated content.

Their new website features News and Events, Team Pages with individual Photo Galleries, Practice and Game Calendars with an auto-syncing Master Calendar with filtering capabilities, Game Scoreboards, Coaching Staff forms, a Document Library and much more. Their website is designed to enable a regular flow of communication to organization officials, staff, coaches, managers, players and parents. RSS syndication and auto-posting to their Facebook and Twitter pages facilitate automatic updates of announcements, news, events, stories and game scores as they are entered onto the website.
